Sauvignon Blanc
Basics:	White wine of Bordeaux known for its clean grassy or flinty tastes, in New Zealand for grapefruit and citrus flavors. Also known as Fume Blanc.
Grower   Comments: (by County)	QUEEN ANNE'S: High yields and very consistent. Need to keep an eye on them for late season blight due to tight bunches. Makes a good wine.
Growing   Recommendations:	May bud late, but ripens early.
Winery   Considerations:	The amount of skin contact, the fermentation temperature, and the use or non-use of oak barrels can have dramatic effect on the style of the finished wine.
